Business Users (account holders)

• Name, email address, and password
• Business name, address, phone number, and business type
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Business branding assets (logo, colors)
• Staff and team member information you provide

End Users (customers making bookings)

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Booking details (service, date, time, notes)
• For minor bookings: child's name, age, and emergency contact information

Automatically collected information

• Usage data and analytics
• Device and browser information
• IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the SpacelyBooking platform
• To send booking confirmation and reminder emails and SMS messages
• To process payments through Stripe
• To communicate with you about your account and our services
• To improve our platform and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Communications and Mobile Numbers

We collect mobile phone numbers for the purpose of sending appointment confirmations and reminders. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS messages are sent through Twilio, our SMS service provider, solely for the purpose of appointment notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With Business Users: End User booking information is shared with the business they are booking with
• Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email) to operate our platform. Each provider has their own privacy policy
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Data Retention

We retain Business User account data for as long as the account is active, plus 90 days after termination. End User booking data is retained for the duration of the business relationship with the Business User. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@spacelybooking.com.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure database hosting through Supabase, and row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

SpacelyBooking allows businesses to accept bookings on behalf of minors under 18 years of age. Such bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We collect limited information about minors (name, age, emergency contact) solely for the purpose of facilitating the booked service. We do not use minor information for marketing purposes.

SpacelyBooking does not knowingly allow minors to create Business User accounts. If you believe a minor has created an account without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP

9. Cookies

SpacelyBooking uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not participate in cross-site tracking.
